La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal, Sujan Indian Tigers, La Hechicera, Black Bears and White Crane were victorious on the latest matchdates of the St. Regis British Open Polo Championship for the Cowdray Gold Cup, played through Wednesday July 1 and Thursday July 2, at Cowdray Park Polo Club, in Midhurst, West Sussex. England’s most significant tournament sees nineteen teams up to 22 goals, partake.

 

On Wednesday July 1, La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal made a comeback after losing to La Hechicera in their previous game, and earned a 12-6 win over Kazak; Sujan Indian Tigers claimed their second victory, this time against Park Place (13-6). La Hechicera still remain in the winning path, sweeping every contender; however it was not that easy for them – they needed an extra chukka to beat Jindal Steel La Dolfina 9-8.

 

In the meantime, on Thursday July 2, Black Bears were victorious 13-9 over Signet Segavas, who remarkably won against Valhalla in their previous match; precisely, the latter lost to White Crane 11-7.
