Bin Drai defeated Habtoor Polo by 9 goals to 8 in the third day of the Julius Baer Gold Cup, held on Sunday at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club. A last second goal by Matías Torres Zavaleta gave Bin Drai the victory in what was a very exciting match.

It was a match of two halves. In the first two chukkas, Habtoor Polo controlled the play to secure a three-goal advantage. But Bin Drai made a great comeback in the second half, taking the lead in the fourth. The match was tied once again in the final chukka, and with just 30 seconds to go, Matías Torres Zavaleta came through and scored for his team.
