The last qualifying games of the first edition of the Presidents Cup took place on Thursday, November 9, at the Jockey Club, in San Isidro. Every fixture has been played at a different venue. The first day of action took place at Tortugas Country Club; the second at the Argentine Association of Polo in Pilar, and the third at the Jockey Club, in San Isidro. The finals will take place at Palermo on Sunday, December 12 – the day after the final of the 128th Argentine Open.

Bel Polo Team, Colorado, Berlinosos and Power Infraestructure were victorious on Thursday. Due to the previous results, Bel Polo Team and Green Gates qualified to the final, due next Sunday. The remaining teams will also play on the final day at Palermo, but for the Francisco Dorignac, Luis Lalor and Marcos Uranga Cups.

The Presidents Cup sees eight teams, up to 14 goals, compete. Teams are split into two leagues. The winners of each league will play the final. The cups are named after Luis Lalor, Marcos Uranga and Francisco Dorignac – the tournament is called the Presidents Cup as a tribute to the three former AAP Presidents who passed away in 2021.

The brand new ProAm Commission, created by the AAP, is in charge of organising the tournament along with the organisers of the private competitions.
