IGEA ran out the champions of the East Coast Silver Cup following a 10-9 win over Altaris, on Thursday, July 8, at Greenwich Polo Club. The final had to be delayed several times due to heavy rains, but at last could be played. A golden goal by Raúl “Gringo” Colombres sealed the deal in extra chukka.

It was a rainy day at Greenwich Polo Club, in Connecticut, United States, as the East Gold Cup kicked off with a match between White Birch Farm and Level Select CBD. The former were able to claim a 9-8 victory, thanks to a golden goal scored by Pablito Llorente in extra chukka. The tournament sees six teams, up to 16 goals, compete. The final is set to be played on Sunday, July 25
