The Dubai Challenge Cup, third 18-goal tournament of the Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series 2018, started on Saturday with two matches at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club. Zedan and Bin Drai got off to a great start, claiming respective wins against Wolves and Habtoor.

First up, Zedan defeated Wolves by 10 goals to 6, and in the second match Bin Drai defeated Habtoor by 11 goals to 9. Zedan’s Pablo Mac Donough was the top scorer of the first match, with 5 goals, while Bin Drai’s Raúl Laplacette and Habtoor’s Francisco Elizalde were top scorers of the second game, with 7 goals a piece.
