Hawaii Polo Life will have the opportunity to defend their title at the U.S. Open Women’s Polo Championship after claiming a  semifinal win on Wednesday March 17, at Port Mayaca Polo Club.

Taking a win against Dundas was no easy task for the title holders, as they needed a double extra chukka to finally secure the 5-4 victory. After an intense match, Hazel Jackson was the one to score the golden goal. Hawaii Polo Life will play BTA/The Villages, who took a semifinal win against Iconica (4-3), in the final set for Saturday, March 20.

The women’s polo tournament, underway at Port Mayaca Polo Club and International Polo Club Palm Beach, sees five teams, up to 22 goals, compete.
