Following the end of the high goal season in Palm Beach, especially The Gauntlet Of Polo, that saw The Dutta Corp (CV Whitney Cup) and Pilot (USPA Gold Cup and US Open), victorious, the United States Polo Association (USPA) announced the handicap changes, on Tuesday April 28.

Probably, the most significant change is not a raise but a low – Adolfo Cambiaso, who played for La Dolfina Tamera, went from 10 to 9. Same for Park Place’s Hilario Ulloa.

With regards to the raises, the most remarkable goes to the talented 18-years-old Lorenzo Chavanne, who earned an impressive 7-9 raise, as well as Mackenzie Weisz, from 6 to 7. It’s worth to remember that the two of them won the USPA Gold Cup and the US Open, with Pilot. In addition, Lorenzo improved his handicap for the second consecutive year – in 2025, he was raised to 7. Other raises, include Facundo Cruz Llosa, from 7 to 8, Santiago Torres (5 to 6), Tommy Dutta (4 a 5).
