Dubai, Brunei, Sainte Mesme and La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal are the four lineups who qualified for the high goal Copa de Oro Ayala, following the end of the league phase of the third and culminating leg of the 55th. Torneo Internacional de Polo, hosted by Ayala Polo Club, in Sotogrande. The semifinalists had to be determined through a penalty shootout, due to ties within standings.

League 1: La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal were victorious against Dos Lunas IQ while Ayala earned a hard fought win over Dubai. Therefore, the La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal, Dubai and Ayala went to a penalty shootout. At the end of the day, La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal remained first in the league, followed by Dubai, and Ayala was dropped.

League 2: It was the same as League 1, a triple tie – Amanara and Brunei defeated Essso and Sainte Mesme, respectively, and forced another penaty shootout between Amanara, Brunei and Sainte Mesme to decide the two teams who would play the semis. The winners were Brunei (1st) and Sainte Mesme (2nd), and Amanara was dropped.

THE ORDER OF PLAY OF THE SEMIFINALS OF THE HIGH GOAL COPA DE ORO AYALA DUE ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 26, IS THE FOLLOWING:

5pm: La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal vs Sainte Mesme 

6,30pm: Brunei vs Dubai
