Some of the most remarkable names of polo are currently meeting in Morocco, to play the sixth edition of the Mohammed VI International Trophy , one of the most prestigious tournaments of the international calendar of the sport. The contest will run through Monday May 4 to Sunday May 10 at the Royal Guard of Rabat Club and the PGH La Palmeraie Polo Club Asilah.

The competition sees six countries in participation, that guarantee exciting high goal action – Morocco, United States, France, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Hungary.

The Mohammed VI International Trophy is organised under the Royal Moroccan Polo Federation, and is currently established as one of the most significant tournaments of Africa and the Middle East. Thoroghout the years, the event has been recongnized as a mix of tradition, remarkable infraestructure, culture and sportsmanship, led by the renowned players who take part of this prestigious contest. In addition, it serves as a promotion for Moroccan polo, through the development and the growth of local clubs, tournaments and training programmes.
