High goal polo has arrived to Europe, in what’s expected a thrilling 2026 season that will run through May and September. France will host several tournaments, and one of the most significant places is n the sophisticated Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, set at La Ferme d’Apremont, in the outskirts of Paris. In addition, this year will be a remarkable one for the club, that’s celebrating no less than 30 years since its foundation by the unforgettable Patrick Guerrand-Hermes, back in 1996.

 

Precisely, the opening contest of the upcoming season is a tribute to Patrick, the Coupe PGH, due to be played through Wednesday May 7 to  Sunday May 17. The tournament willsee six teams up to 12 goals, partake. Teams are split in two leagues. The lineups will include renowned, such as brothers Ramiro and Simón Zavaleta, Matias Torres Zavaleta, Tomás Delfino and Jota Chavanne, among others, and the winners of each league will be eligible to play the final.
