The season in Sotogrande continues with the Copa Memorial Manuel Prado y Colón de Carvajal, at Ayala Polo Club. One of the most historical and traditional competitions, the contest will run through July 1-12 and sees teams up to 8 goals, partake.

The tournament pays tribute to Manuel Prado y Colón de Carvajal, a remarkable personality within the polo community in Sotogrande, who had contributed a great deal to the growth and development of polo in the area. His legacy is alive through this competitive tournament, that features outstanding players and organisations, competing for the coveted trophy.

Therefore, and for the next eleven days, Ayala Polo Club will host several games, as a warmup for the much anticipated International Polo Tournament, and the three competitions – Gold Cup, Silver Cup and Bronze Cup, for the three levels of play (high goal, medium goal and low goal). With free admission, the Copa Memorial Manuel Prado y Colón de Carvajal is indeed a very interesting approach while awaiting the most important summer polo in Spain.
