The 79th Tortugas Open got off to a rough start. After Guillermo Terrera fell during the opening match between CrÃa Yatay and La Dolfina Polo Ranch, the players decided that the fields were not suitable to continue. The organisation were not in agreement, but in the end the game was cancelled after the first chukker, as CrÃa Yatay was leading 5-1 against La Dolfina Polo Ranch. A new date will be set shortly.
Day 2, scheduled for Wednesday 9, will be played as planned but not at Tortugas club:
12.30pm: Las Monjitas vs La Aguada, at Las Monjitas.
15.30: Ellerstina vs La Ensenada, at Ellerstina.
