La Natividad claimed a commanding 17-9 win over La Ensenada and ran out the champions of the Torneo Metropolitano de Alto Handicap Gold Cup, in the final that took place at the Argentine Association of Polo Headquarters, in Pilar, on Saturday October 17.

Although the British player Jake Coventry took MVP honors, the top scorer was Lorenzo Chavanne, who produced no less than 12 goals (six on penalty conversions). Lorenzo was a crucial piece for La Natividad’s impressive victory.

La Ensenada’s Jerónimo del Carril was the top scorer of the team (7); but although their efforts, for La Ensenada it was an impossible task to control the powerful offensive work of the champions.
