The Summer International Tournament (Torneo Internacional de Verano) came to an end on Saturday with the finals of the Medium and Low Goal. The High Goal came to an end on Friday as La Indiana beat Lechuza 13-8 to claim the Copa de Oro.

After the tournament, Facundo Pieres became the number 1 player according to the World Polo Tour ranking, bumping Adolfo Cambiaso off the spot after many years on top.
