Île de France beat title holders Hauts de France Yves Delorme by a narrow 3-2, and claimed the OniriQ Ladies Polo Nations Cup, following the championship match that took place at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, set in La Ferme d’Apremont, in the outskirts of Paris, France.
It’s worth noticing that the competition was played under an intense heatwave, that obliged to reschedule the fixtures. Finally, action resumed on Monday June 29, with the games that determined the two finalists, Île de France and Hauts de France Yves Delorme.
With regards to the decisive match, both lineups played a very tough, hard fought game, that saw a very tight gap. At the end of the day, Île de France managed to control their contenders and were victorious
