The EMAAR Polo Cup kicked off on Thursday January 4, at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tournament will run through Saturday January 13, and sees five teams up to 12 goals, compete. Bangash were victorious over Lamar following the single match played on the opening day. Action will resume on Saturday.
