The final league matches of the British Open Gold Cup at Cowdray Park Polo Club, in West Sussex, saw Park Place Vaara and Les Lions claim wins.

In the opening match, Park Place Vaara defeated Monterosso 13-8. Juan Britos was on spectacular form for Park Place, scoring seven goals. The victory means that Park Place Vaara is the second of the two teams put together by Andrey Borodin’s organisation to earn a spot  in the semifinal.

Up next, Les Lions/Great Oaks claimed an impressive 10-5 win over Thai Polo NW. The match saw Jeta Castagnola back in the saddle for Les Lions. Jeta had been previously replaced by Alejandro Muzzio due to injury.
