The final of the Open de France Féminin has already been set – defending champions, Augustinus Bader and Why not, will clash for the most prestigious ladies polo title in France, following their respective wins in the semifinals that took place on Friday September 18 and Saturday September 19, at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, located in the outskirts of Paris. It’s worth noting that the semifinal matchups had to be decided through a penalty whootout, once the league phase was over. The tournament sees seven teams up to 16 goals (ladies handicap), partake.

On Friday September 18, Augustinus Bader, commanded by their top scorer, Lia Salvo (4 goals) defeated Swee 6-4. Meanwhile, on Saturday September 19, in a very hard fought game, Why Not, led by an impressive performance delivered by Hazel Jackson, earned the second spot in the decisive game, after claiming a narrow 7-6 win over Jamjaar.
