The Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Polo announced their decision to reschedule all official polo tournaments as of Monday, April 26,

The decision was taken on the advice of the Board’s Subcommittee on Medicine, due to the strain being placed on the country’s health system by the second wave of COVID-19.

As polo is a high-risk sport, the AAP decided that suspending play would reduce the number of injuries that require medical attention.

The AAP has advised all clubs to follow suit and cease competitive activities.
