The Autumn season in Argentin is coming to an end; while there’s still a couple of tournaments remaining, such as the Autumn Cup, at Minuto Siete Polo Club and the Pilarchico Open, the 2026 Argentina Polo Tour hosted the last leg of the series at Ellerstina Polo Club, that saw twelve teams up to 20 goals partake, in lineups that showcased some of the most remarkable names of the sport. After two packed action weeks, Kazak and the winners of the Centauros leg, La Paz, reached the final, that was played on Sunday April 12, at the Pieres’ family club, in General Rodriguez, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was expected a thrilling contest, but instead, it was the French organisation who was the dominant force, earning wide advantages in the first three chukkas; by half time they had a commanding 6-2 lead. Kazak seized the reins from the start, led by a remarkable performance delivered by León Donoso. At the end of the day, Sébastien Aguettant’s foursome claimed a 9-6 win, that allowed Kazak to win the Ellerstina leg of the Argentina Polo Tour for the second consecutive year.
