The National Polo Center (NPC), located in Wellington, Florida, United States, is ready for the upcoming 2026 season In Palm Beach, with the first tournament, the Heritage Cup, due to begin on Monday December 30, 2025. As usual, the polo season in Florida will be extremely busy, with tournaments for all tastes and levels, that will include the prestigious The Gauntlet of Polo, established in 2019, and that will played at the NPC in its entirety. The tournament will see teams up to 22 goals, in lineups made of the most remarkable players in the world.

But before reaching the peak of the season in Palm Beach, there will be plenty of action with the 16-Goal League, with tournaments like the Heritage Cup, Joe Barry Memorial Cup, Butler Handicap and the Ylvisaker Cup. All of them will take place at the NPC, and other spots like Port Mayaca Polo Club and Patagones Polo Club. In addition, the women will have their place with the remarkable US Open Women’s Polo Championship, for teams between 18 and 22 goals (ladies handicap). The girls will play their tournament at Port Mayaca Polo Club and the finals will be held at the NPC.

With regards to the always competitive and prestigious The Gauntlet of Polo, the series made of the CV Whitney Cup, USPA Gold Cup and US Open, will take place at the NPC. It’s worth to remember that the only team that claimed the three tournaments in the same year is Pilot, back in 2019, the first edition of the Gauntlet of Polo.

The Gauntlet of Polo will kick off on February 11, with the CV Whitney Cup and wil come to an end on April 26, with the much anticipated final of the US Open.  L
