The 128th Open de París continued on Thursday and Saturday. The prestigious competition sees seven teams, up to 12 goals, split into two leagues. The club is set in a privileged location, in the Bois de Boulogne, only 10 minutes away from the center of Paris. Polo de Paris has a rich polo history: the 1924 Olympic Games were held there and polo was among the sports involved.

La Magdeleine, a team boasting the highest-rated player of the tournament – 8-goaler Facundo Fernández Llorente – made its debut on Thursday, where Alex Garese’s team, recent semifinalists of the Queen’s Cup, defeated Costa Rica 12-10. Action resumes on Saturday; finals are set for Sunday, June 26.
