A very successful edition of the Centenary Cup was hosted in Pahang, Malaysia, to celebrate the centenary of the Royal Pahang Polo Club. On that score, Manuel Cereceda, founder and owner of Minuto Siete, had a conversation with PoloLine with regards to the importance of polo in Southwest Asia.

The area has become a crucial destination for the development of the sport, with clubs, tournaments and projects that contribute to keep the passion for polo alive. On that score, the celebration of the centenary of the club in Pahang, was the perfect occasion to join the polo community together and remark the history of such a remarkable institution of Malaysian polo.

Cereceda shared his views about the place polo has in the area and the importance to keep encouraging the growth in different places that offer new opportunities for the sport.
