Thoroghout the conversation, Tunku Ismail remembered his first steps in polo and how his passion for the sport grew, a passion and a discipline deeply bonded with Johor’s traditions. But perhaps the main topic of conversation was the upcoming Johor Super Crown Polo Tournament, the competition that will run through September 1-6, and represents a brand new opportunity for Johor to earn a remarkable position within the international calendar of polo. His Royal Highness explained the reasons that encouraged him to organise a tournament that means a great deal for the area, by welcoming the best players and horses.
