Tamam earned a narrow 9.5-9 win over Bin Drai, and ran out the champions of the Sultan Bin Zayed Polo Cup. The championship match took place on Sunday December 28, at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The tournament, sponsored by the club’s President HH heikh Falad Bin Zayed Al Nayan, saw four teams up to 10 goals, in participation.
It’s worth to note that Tamam and Bin Drai reached the decisive contest, following their wins in semifinals against Abu Dhabi (6.5-6) and Ghantoot Polo (9-6), respectively.
In the meantime, the third place went to Abu Dhabi, after a victory over Ghantoot Polo.
