The semifinals of one of the most significant tournaments of the season in Argentina, the Municipalidad de Pilar Cup, took place at the Argentine Association of Polo Headquarters, in Pilar, on Tuesday October 21. The tournament sees sixteen teams between 24 and 26 goals, in competition. It’s worth to remember that the format reads that the four League winners advanced to the semifinals. Those placed second will play the Cámara de Diputados Cup and will be joined by the eight lineups who are currently playing the Qualification tournament and are not eligible to play the Argentine Open. The eight remaining teams, will take part of the Juan B. Miles Cup.

The final of the Municipalidad de Pilar Cup will see two undefeated teams, La Dolfina and La Irenita, going head-to-head for the title on Friday October 24, at 5pm. The match will be played at the AAP Headquarters, in Pilar,
