The Pilar Chico Open, that kicked off on Saturday April 12, came to an end on Sunday April 20, on the same day of the US Open final and with only ten days ahead of the start of the season in England. The tournament, played on the grounds in Pilar Chico, saw eight teams up to 28 goals, partake, and some remarkable names of the sport took part of the contest, such as Facundo Pieres, Cruz and Antonio Heguy. The three of them will play the upcoming Triple Crown in Argentina, with Ellerstina
La Solución and Pilar Chicco played the decisive match, in a leveled contest, with La Solución always ahead in the score, however with a slight advantage. By the time to play the last chukka, La Solución were two goals up, and scored one more in the last to earn a 11-9 win.
