On Wednesday December 3, the last league stage of the IX Argentine Women’s Open took place at the Argentine Association of Polo Headquarters, in Pilar. The match between El Ovoso Z7 UAE and La Hache Pax would reveal La Dolfina’s contender in the final.

Both teams played a very tough game, with the Ulloa family’s team managed to tie by half time. But in the second half, El Overo Z7 UAE made a comeback and with minutes to go in the last chukka, they were two goals ahead. At the end of the day, La Hache Pax were unable to score and attempt to send the match into OT, and El Overo Z7 UAE won 9-7. Therefore, La Dolfina and El Overo Z7 UAE will go head-to-head for the title for the third consecutive time, on Saturday December 6; in addition, out of the nine editions of the tournament, this is the seventh time they will clash in the decisive game.
