Habtoor claimed a 7-8.5 victory over Jehangiri and won the Dubai Challenge Cup, the last tournament of the 2026 season hosted by Al Habtoor Resort & Polo, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, following the championship match, that took place on Saturday March 14. The contest saw four teams up to 19 goals, in participation.
Jehangiri took advantage to the 1.5 goal received on handicap, and managed to remain in the lead, while Habtoor struggled to overcome the result. But Habtoor’s Marcos Panelo came up in the last chukka, and produced the goal to secure the 7-6.5 win and the title for the local foursome.
