Although there is still one more matchdate left, the Dubai Silver Cup, hosted by the splendid Al Habtoor Resort & Polo, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, already has the final set, following the games that that took place on Monday January 19. Habtoor and UAE were victorious over Jehangiri and Dubai Wolves, respectively, and will go head-to-head for the title. The tournament sees five teams up to 20 goals, compete.

 

Habtoor and Jehangiri played the first contest of the day. Habtoor was unbeaten and Jehangiri lost all of their previous matches. And once again, Mohammed Al Habtoor and Co. managed to claim another win, this time by a 12-8 score, that secured them the first spot in the decisive game.

 

The follow-up saw UAE and Dubai Wolves, with the latter dominating most of the contest. But in the fourth chukka, a remarkable Lukin Monteverde displayed a fantastic performance that gave Sheikha Maitha’s team the 9-7 win and the second place in the championship game.
