The final of the Minuto Siete Challenge took place on Friday April 10, at Minuto Siete Polo Club, set in General Rodriguez, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The second Autumn tournament of the club saw four teams up to 8 goals compete
El Ombucito and Sowiniec went head-to-head for the title. It’s worth to notice that both lineups have already met in the league phase, with the former victorious 14-8.
El Ombucito had a stronger start, but Sowiniec made a swift and slow comeback until they found themselves two goals behind in the penultimate chukka. In a very tough last chukka, Sowiniec did their best to, at least, tie the match, but the efforts didn’t pay off, and it was El Ombucito who earned the 9-8 victory.
