UAE, Bangash, Jehangiri and Dubai Wolves are through the semifinals of the Dubai Gold Cup, the most signfictant polo tournament in the Middle East, hosted by Al Habtoor Resort and Polo Club, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Following the last league games, three teams were already in the next stage of the competition – UAE, Bangash and Dubai Wolves. The remaining lineup would come after a penalty shootout between Habtoor, Ghantoot and Jehangiri, that took place on Sunday February 8.

At the end of the day, it was Jehangiri who earned the last spot in semifinals, led  Gonzalito Pieres’ accuracy to convert the penalties, which allowed Jehangiri to play the semifinals of the Dubai Gold Cup for the second consecutive year.
