The 25th. Open de France Barnes, the most important tournament in France, kicked off on Thursday September 4, at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, at La Ferme d’Apremont, only 30 minutes away from Paris. The tournament sees sixteen teams up to 16 goals, partake, and some of the biggest names of the sport, including many of those who compete in the Triple Crown in Argentina.

 

Kazak was the day’s first winner. The recent runner up of the British Open for the Cowdray Gold Cup, in England, defeated Battistoni 11-7.

 

In the follow-up, Talandracas, who have just claimed their second consecutive Coupe d’Or, in Deauville, earned a 10-7 win over Essso.

 

Action will resume on Friday September 5, with double action: La Berta vs. La Esperanza, and Las Brisas vs. Télédou.
