The Argentine Association of Polo (AAP) announced that the first round of semifinals of the 132nd. Hurlingham Open, to be played on Saturday September 27, at the AAP Headquarters, in Pilar, had to be postponed, due to rains forecast. The 132nd. Hurlingham Open, the first leg of the prestigious Triple Crown in Argentina, sees eight teams up to 40 goals, partake.

 

La Natividad La Dolfina and Ellerstina Indios Chapaleufu were set to clash on Saturday for the first spot in the decisive match of the Hurlingham Open. It’s worth to note that the latter had to hire Lorenzo Chavanne to fill in for Antonio Heguy, who suffered an injury on a knee during the quarter final match, and had to undergo surgery.

 

The first semifinal for the Drysdale Cup, between La Hache Cría & Polo and Los Machitos, has been postponed, as well.

 

Meanwhile, the semifinals scheduled for Sunday September 28 haven’t been changed.
