La Aguada Don Ercole have been one of the most steady lineups thoroghout the whole spring season in Argentina. They were on the verge to play the 132nd. Argentine Polo Open Championship, when they lost to La Zeta Kazak in the last minutes of the final match of the Qualification Tournament, but now they had sort of a rematch and claimed no less than the prestigious Cámara de Diputados Cup. The title secured them a ticket in the playoff to compete for a spot in next year’s Triple Crown.

Following the remarkable win, Pipe Vercellino spoke to PoloLine; the Chile-born player spoke about the joy of having won such an amazing tournament, praised Matías Magrini for his support in terms of horses, and the big dream – to play the 2026 Triple Crown.
