Larry Aschebrook, the founder of Las Brisas Polo Club, set in the outskirts of Chicago, met up with PoloLine, prior to the final of the USPA Midwest Open 14 Goal, that saw CD Peacock crowned as champions. The interview was conducted at the doorstep of the clubhose. Larry was kind enough to speak about the growth of the Chicago-based club, the process of the building of a new field and his dream to have another one, the fourth.
In addition, Larry gave his own glimpse of ladies polo in the United States, as well as his reflections on the first edition of the USPA Midwest Women’s Open. Last but not least, he emphasized the importance and the support provided by the Gutierrez and Obregon families in his career as a polo player and the help he received in order to improve in the sport.
