The prestigious Ylvisaker Cup, third tournament of the 2020 18-goal season at International Polo Club Palm Beach, continued on Thursday, as Aliano Realty/Horseware defeated recent Joe Barry Memorial winners Palm Beach Equine by 12 goals to 7.
Eight teams, composed of top high goal players, are competing in the tournament. Teams play a round robin in their respective brackets, before the best two from each group qualify for the semifinals.Â
The final is scheduled for Sunday, February 2. Once the Ylvisaker Cup comes to an end, action will continue with the second edition of the Gauntlet of Polo, which will see a total of fourteen 22-goal teams compete in the championship.
