For La Natividad La Dolfina, to earn the first spot in the final of the 132nd. Argentine Polo Open Championship, was literally like going to war; they narrowly beat UAE 16-13, in a very hard fought match. Although there the Cañuelas-based foursome had plenty of chances to have the deal said and done, UAE managed to upset them. At the end of the day, Jeta Castagnola became the hero, and secured a hard fought win for his team.

After the tough contest, PoloLine met up with Barto Castagnola. Among other issues, he spoke about how he felt the game inside the field, the importance of this final – the fifth for Lolo Castagnola’s eldest son and about the already established horse strings for each player. Last but not least, he admitted that “there are many things to improve before the final”.
