The Shreve, Crump & Low Cup, opening tournament of the high-goal season at Greenwich Polo Club, came to an end on Sunday. Four 16-goal teams took part in the competition; after beating White Birch in the final, The Island House became the first champion of the season.

The Island House: Peter Holowesko 0, Santino Magrini 4 (1 goal), Toro Ruiz 7 (6), Peke González 5 (4). Total: 16.

White Birch: Chris Brant 0 (1 goal), Kristos Magrini 2, Lerín Zubiaurre 8 (2), Joaquín Panelo 6 (6). Total: 16.

Score The Island House: 1-2, 3-3, 4-6, 7-7, 11-7, 11-9.

Altaris: Jamal Nusseibeh 0 (1 goal), Marcos Garcia Del Rio 5 (1) (Replaced by Martin Gandara in the fifth chukker), Nic Roldan 8 (7), Nick Manifold 3. Total: 16.
