This Saturday, January 10, the 16th edition of the Dubai Silver Cup kicked off. On this opening day, in the main match, Habtoor secured a great 9–5 victory over UAE. Mohammed Al Habtoor’s team displayed strong offense and excellent teamwork, giving them hope of reclaiming the trophy after relinquishing it last year. The standout of this impressive win was Carlos María Ulloa, who returned to play in the Middle East after three years.

After the victory, Toly Ulloa, the younger brother of Hilario Ulloa, spoke with Pololine, sharing his feelings about playing in Dubai again, his perspective on the team as the season begins, and the importance of achieving a win in this way against a consistently tough opponent like UAE.
