Mungo took a narrow win over Talandracas

A great performance from Luke Tomlinson and Facundo Sola

In a new qualifying round for the Coupe d'Argent, at Deauville International Polo Club, Mungo beat Talandracas by a narrow 8 - 7,5.

Talandracas had a stronger start during the first half of the match. Meanwhile, Mungo made a comeback in the second half, led by their most outstanding man, Luke Tomlinson. On their side, Talandracas was strongly supported by the goals of the talented Facundo Sola.

It was Facundo who put Talandracas in the lead, during the last chukker. But two unanswered goals by Luke Tomlinson gave Munto their first win in the competiton.
