Polo season at Cote d'Azur is coming up
Two new fields, among other news
February 13, 2012St. Tropez Polo Club, in the lovely Cote d'Azur, in the South of France, has its 2012 season ready, that will feature many news. The season will begin with the Easter Tournament, on April 6 and will run until september, with a total of fifteen competitons that will include lots of social events. One of the most important news for the upcoming season is the inauguration of the two brand new fields, that were already presented in July 2010, with Facundo Pieres in attendance. The season expects to be the most successful ever. Around 100 international teams, 40 more than in 2011, will be taking part of the 240 matches. Besides, the club has a new building permit, granted by local authorities, to extend the leisure facilities of the club, including a residential estate of luxurious appartaments. The club's Italian restaurant, "La Table du Polo", will open on March 31, where guests will be able to taste the delicities by chef Paolo, accompained by music provided by piano player Cesare. The boutique will open in April, and there will be two new events: the Sunday Brunch Polo, that will include a buffet brunch during Sunday games, from April to June; and the Happy Hour, in July and August, due every Thursday, from 6pm. Besides, the polo school will feature a complete program, with three training levels, for beginners and advanced players. The Cote d'Azur in France is waiting everybody, to enjoy its beauty and some good polo, in the European summer. 2012 CALENDAR, ST.
