The Polo Club Saint-Tropez has entered in 2012 into a strategic partnership with the Swiss luxury brand ZwyerCaviar. Founded in 2007 by Alexander C. Zwyer, the family business is marketing the first ethical caviar. The award-winning aquaculture is located in Uruguay and Venetia and produces a unique "wild raised" caviar, meeting the requirements for sustainable development.

Come and taste a variety of caviars in the refined setting of a beautiful 'Caviar Lounge' of La Table du Polo. This brand new exclusive area is proposed by the Polo Club Saint-Tropez and the Italian brand Luxury Living and its top of the range furniture, featured by Fendi Casa.

The restaurant’s Chef, Paolo Stortoni, exclusively proposes the Beluga, "the King of caviar", the Oscietra, also known as the "Queen of caviar", the Baerioska Classic, an elegant and expressive caviar. Pearls of excellence on a special menu, come in 30, 50 and 100g or as tapas*! This tasting is perfectly well-assorted with a tasty Pommery glass of champagne, partner of the Polo Club Saint-Tropez for the next 3 years as well.
