Adolfo Cambiaso & Facundo Pieres debut together in the 26-goal and make polo history

The 26-goal kicked off on Wednesday at the International Polo Club, in Wellington. The US Triple Crown is the highest rated tournament in the world besides Argentina. The championship began with the CV Whitney Cup, where defending champions Valiente convincingly beat DRF 13-10. The highlight of the day was seeing Adolfo Cambiaso and Facundo Pieres play together for the first time ever in the international high goal.

Valiente: Rob Jornayvaz 1, Tommy Beresford 4 (1 goal), Adolfo Cambiaso 10, Facundo Pieres 10 (10). Total: 20.

Also at International Polo Club on Wednesday, the Iglehart Cup, fourth tournament of the IPC 20-goal season, kicked off with one match. Coca-Cola made their debut with a win against Prestige Worldwide.
